Job Description:
The Multimedia Project Coordinator within AgriLife Communications is responsible for providing strategy, logistics and creation to produce videography/photography needed to fulfill the mission of AgriLife and its five branches.
Responsibilities:
Videography / Photography
Create high-level photos and videos for top-tier projects.
Demonstrate proficiency across Adobe CC and additional applications as appropriate.
Represent the multimedia team, when necessary, with presentations, design briefs and metrics.
Help define and implement strategies to ensure high-quality visual consistency across Texas A&M AgriLife while maintaining brand standards.
Project Management
Accountability
Completes all tasks and projects on time or ahead of schedule.
Is available for everyday communication as well as after-hours emergencies when necessary, especially as a supervisor.
Customer Service
Respond to requests from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide thoughtful meeting agendas that include meeting objectives and goals for meetings, as well as follow-up communications that include meeting notes, timelines, and action items.
Keep customers and team informed on a regular basis about the status of a project.
Other Duties
Assist and consult with the branding/graphics team on producing engaging content.
Assist and consult with the web team on visual direction.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of related experience in graphic design, web development, print and electronic media, marketing, or related field.
Proficiency with Macintosh systems and utilities. Mastery knowledge of cinema cameras and/or mirrorless cameras, image editing, continuous and strobe lighting, postproduction editing, color grading, and audio editing.
Proficient in editing software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
Familiarity with producing content on a quick turnaround for real-time distribution through social media channels.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to create original artwork in various imaging file formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Fine Arts, or Bisualization.
Five years of experience in video production and photography.
Demonstrated experience in creating content specifically for social media platforms.
Experience in managing social media on behalf of a brand or organization.
Experience in capturing drone photography and drone videography.
Proficient with gimbals, photo and video external lighting, as well as modifiers and external recording devices.
FAA Part 107 Drone Certification.

Salary: Pay grade 10. Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
